Collemotion organises events and experiences in Barcelona, Spain. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in our contact or booking form we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the chosen package, event date, number of guests, the extra services you select and any message you write.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not create user accounts.

3. Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer, organise your booking and contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Who processes your data for us
Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Our email is provided by our email service provider. These providers process data only on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
When you book, we share only the details needed with the partners delivering your experience (for example a restaurant, boat or workshop provider).

5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires.

6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Just email info@collemotion.com.
If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

7. Links to other websites
Our website links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.

8. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always published on this page.
